1. Home Tuition and Online Classes

• Full Refund
  "Get a full refund if you cancel before your first session begins. We’re happy to help you adjust plans early on!"

• Partial Refund
  "Once the first session starts, you may qualify for a prorated refund. Here’s how we work together:

  • Request a replacement teaching partner up to three times if the teaching style or compatibility isn’t right.

  • If we can’t find a suitable match after these attempts, we’ll issue a partial refund for the remaining sessions.

• Services have already been fully delivered up to the point of cancellation.
