If a Client refuses to pay outstanding fees after the completion of classes or attempts to evade payment, the Institution and the tutor have the right to take legal action, including filing an FIR for cheating and informing media news channels if necessary.
The Institution upholds the dignity and safety of its tutors. Any form of mental harassment, excessive pressure, or violent behavior toward tutors will not be tolerated.
In such cases, the Institution will first attempt mutual resolution. If the issue is not settled amicably and the Client becomes unresponsive or continues misconduct, legal action will be pursued.
